  1. Cook chickpea pasta according to package.
  2. Saute celery, bell pepper, and onion in butter. Add chicken to pan, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook over medium heat just until you can no longer see pink on the chicken.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix pasta, barbecue sauce, and chicken mixture.
  4. Spread half of the mixture into a 9×13 casserole dish; sprinkle layer with half of the shredded cheddar. Repeat with remaining pasta and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
