Ingredients

cups
sweet cherries
pitted

large
red bell peppers
roasted and peeled

small
yellow onion
sliced
1
clove
garlic

oz
tomato sauce

apple cider vinegar

olive oil

salt

black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth; strain.
Chill for at least an hour before servings.
You can garnish with shredded carrot, green onion, red onion, croutons, and a splash of olive oil.
