Italian Chicken and Rice Bake

– 3 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped – 1/2 cup long grain white rice, cooked – 1 large yellow onion, diced – 14.z can diced tomatoes – 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained – 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning – 1/2 tbsp onion powder – 1/2 tbsp garlic salt – 4 tbsp butter, softened – 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce – 2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded – 1 large egg white, stiffly beaten

In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic salt until well incorporated; spread in a shallow casserole dish.

Cream butter; mix in worcestershire sauce, cheese, and then fold in egg white.
