Cut bacon into bit sized pieces, fry until crisp, and set aside, allowing bacon to drain for at least five minutes.
Place broccoli, ham, parmesan, bacon, chickpeas, bell peppers, and red onion into a large mixing bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, and sugar to bowl and stir until fully combined.
