Crab Casserole with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 16 oz crab claw meat canned
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 6 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package; set aside.
  • In a large frying pan, sauté onion, celery, and red bell pepper in butter for three minutes; add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir sautéed vegetables, crab, pasta, sour cream, Old Bay, basil, and black pepper together; pour mixture into a casserole dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
