1headcabbagesliced
1yellow onionchopped
2headsgarlicroasted (directions in blog post)
32ozchicken brothunsalted
8ozsliced mushrooms
15ozno salt tomato sauce (+ 1 can of water)
1/3cupspicy brown mustard
1tbspthymedried
1/2tspcayenne pepper
1tspseasoned salt
1tspblack pepper
Instructions
Add hambone and chicken broth to instant pot; cook for 45 minutes on high. Pull hambone out, let cool, and then pull off and chop any meat, add meat back into instant pot.
Add remaining ingredients to instant pot and cook for 30 minutes on high.
