Bratwurst
any flavor

Vidalia onion
sliced

Bell Peppers (any color)
sliced

tablespoon
Olive oil

teaspoon
Salt

Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉.
In a large mixing bowl, toss sliced onion and peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture on a lightly greased, foil lined pan.
Pierce each bratwurst with a fork, along the full length of the bratwurst. Place pierced bratwursts on top of onion and pepper mixture.
Bake at 375℉ for 15 minutes.
Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until bratwurst are browned, turning bratwurst halfway through time.
