It’s hard to find fault in a meal or main dish that only requires you to season your food and stick a pan in the oven. On top of that, cleanup is easy too! When I don’t have it in me to meal plan or when it’s Saturday night and I want to spend as much time with my husband as I can…I’m breaking out the sheet pan.
What You Need to Make Sheet Pan Bratwursts Peppers and Onion:
- Bratwursts
- Vidalia Onion
- Bell Peppers
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to Make Sheet Pan Bratwursts Peppers and Onion:
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss sliced onion and peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture on a lightly greased, foil lined pan.
- Pierce each bratwurst with a fork, along the full length of the bratwurst. Place pierced bratwursts on top of onion and pepper mixture.
- Bake at 375℉ for 15 minutes.
- Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until bratwurst are browned, turning bratwurst halfway through time.

- 1 large Vidalia onion sliced
- 2 Bell Peppers (any color) sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
