What You Need to Make Sheet Pan Bratwursts Peppers and Onion:

  • Bratwursts
  • Vidalia Onion
  • Bell Peppers
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make Sheet Pan Bratwursts Peppers and Onion:

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss sliced onion and peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture on a lightly greased, foil lined pan.
  3. Pierce each bratwurst with a fork, along the full length of the bratwurst. Place pierced bratwursts on top of onion and pepper mixture.
  4. Bake at 375℉ for 15 minutes.
  5. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until bratwurst are browned, turning bratwurst halfway through time.

  • 1 package Bratwurst any flavor
  • 1 large Vidalia onion sliced
  • 2 Bell Peppers (any color) sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
