Frosted Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Topping
Instructions
  1. Combine pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Fold ice cream and whipped topping into pumpkin mixture.
  3. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
  4. Freeze for thirty minutes; cover with plastic wrap, return to freezer, and let set at least 3 hours before serving.
