Banana Rum Bread

・Vegetable Oil
・Butter
・ Eggs
・Bananas
・Water
・Rum Extract
・All Purpose Flour
・Baking Soda
・Baking Powder
・Salt
・Sugar
・Cinnamon
How To Make Banana Rum Bread
Step one—Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step Two—Combine softened butter, molasses, and oil; add eggs one at a time. (Don’t worry if the mixture is lumpy.)
Step Three—In a different mixing bowl, mash bananas with water; stir in rum extract.
Step Four—In a different mixing bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Step Five—Stir banana mixture into molasses mixture then, add dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.
Step Six—Mix ⅓ cup sugar and cinnamon.
Step Seven—Pour half batter into greased loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar. Marble using a fork, swirling the cinnamon sugar into the batter. Top with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar and marble again.
Step Eight—Bake for 1 hour.
