How To Make The Crispy Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash
◉ Slice acorn squash in half and remove seeds.

◉ While the squash cooks, brown sausage; drain off fat.
◉ Add red pepper, onion, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to sausage.
◉ Season squash halves with salt and pepper; fill centers with sausage mixture.
◉ Reduce oven heat to 375 degrees and bake—uncovered—for 30 minutes.
