Potatoes hold onto flavor in a way that’s different from bread, rice, or pasta; anything you add to potatoes sticks to them, coating them in flavor which is absolutely the case for these Skillet Potatoes with Smoked Paprika and Dill.
In this recipe, the potatoes—covered in butter and seasoned with smoked paprika and dill—sizzle in a skillet and then, get baked for a little while; allowing the flavors to meld together, creating one big flavor bomb.
I’m making a note to use smoked paprika and dill on my next loaded baked potato or sprinkled on french fries.
