This Spicy Beef and Jalapeno Soup is flavorful, comforting, and perfect for dinner on chilly fall nights. Beef, pinto beans, jalapeno, carrots, and onion all simmered together in a delicious tomato broth until the beef is tender; every spoonful is warm, satisfying and packed with flavor.
Football isn’t the only season that starts in September
As soon as the weather begins to dip below seventy-five degrees, I’m ready for Fall—for pumpkin spice and everything nice. I’m ready for chili. I’m ready for stew. I’m ready for cobbler, cider, and—most importantly—soup!
Soup is the best during the cooler weather months—it’s comforting, filling, and super easy to make.
This spicy beef and jalapeno soup is really only two steps. Brown the beef, add everything to a large pot, and simmer until the beef is tender and the broth is good and spicy.
What To Serve With Spicy Beef and Jalapeno Soup?
This soup is spicy—it needs bread.
Cornbread.
French bread.
Biscuits.
Blueberry muffins—yes, blueberry muffins—the sweet plus heat flavor combination is one of my absolute favorites.
