  • Greek Yogurt
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sugar

  • Feta

How To Make Mediterranean Cornbread Salad:

Step one – In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar; set aside.

Step two – In another mixing bowl, combine cucumber, bell pepper, sweet onion, corn, olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic salt, onion powder, and lemon pepper; set aside.

Step three – Place half of cornbread in bottom of large serving bowl, top with half of vegetable mixture, layer with feta cheese, and dressing. Repeat layers. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

  • 3 cups Crumbled cornbread
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (less if cornbread is already super sweet)
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 English cucumber chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup Sweet onion chopped
  • 1/2 can Corn niblets drained
  • 1½ cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper

Instructions
