What You Need To Make Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers with Feta and Rice:

  • Ground Beef
  • Bell Peppers
  • Long Grain White Rice
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Pickled Red Onions
  • Feta
  • Greek Seasoning
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Minced Garlic
  • Flour
  • Olive Oil

How To Make Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers with Feta and Rice:

Step One: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Slice the tops off of your bell peppers, remove the pith and seeds, and place in boiling water. Make sure the peppers are submerged in the water. Boil for four minutes. Remove bell peppers and set them aside.

Step Two: Brown ground beef; drain. Sprinkle flour over ground beef and stir until flour is fully dissolved. Remove from heat.

Step Three: Add remaining ingredients to ground beef mixture.

Step Four: Stuff ground beef mixture into bell peppers, drizzle olive oil over the exposed parts of the bell peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large Bell Peppers any color
  • 16 oz Ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Feta crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Pickled red onion with juice!
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp Thyme
  • Olive oil To drizzle over peppers

Instructions
