
Sloppy Joe Stuffed Pepper
You need a hot and hearty dish to serve for dinner tonight? Make these Sloppy Joe stuffed peppers. They are a little sweet, a little tangy, and fully delicious.

What You Need to Make Sloppy Joe Stuffed Peppers:
- Ground Beef
- Bell Peppers
- Yellow Mustard
- Honey Barbecue Sauce
- Steak Sauce
- Salt and Pepper (or favorite burger seasoning spice mix)

How To Make Sloppy Joe Stuffed Peppers:
Step One: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Slice the tops off of your bell peppers, remove the pith and seeds, and place in boiling water. Make sure the peppers are submerged in the water. Boil for four minutes. Remove bell peppers and set them aside.
Step Two: Brown ground beef, drain, and season with salt and pepper (or favorite burger seasoning spice mix.)
Step Three: In a mixing bowl, add honey barbecue sauce, steak sauce, and yellow mustard; stir. Set aside 1/4 cup of sauce to drizzle over bell peppers before baking.
Step Four: Stir remaining sauce into ground beef, stuff into bell peppers, place peppers into a baking dish, drizzle 1/4 cup of sauce over top of stuffed peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
