Step One—In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic salt until well incorporated; spread in a shallow casserole dish.
Step Two—Cream butter; mix in Worcestershire sauce, cheese, and then fold in egg white.
Step Three—Spoon over casserole dish.
Step Four—Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 1 large yellow onion
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces drained
- 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
- 4 tbsp butter softened
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 large egg white stiffly beaten
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic salt until well incorporated; spread in a shallow casserole dish.
