The Meal Preppers Dream

Sometimes I really don’t want to worry about what I’m eating for the week. Not only that, I also don’t want to have to make a bunch of components for a meal. Not only those, I ALSO don’t want to do more than heat, eat, and call it a day.

Stew can one hundred percent be that meal—especially any stew that includes beans.

This Garlic Lovers Steak and Black Bean Stew is truly perfect for the times I just…don’t want to be a “cook.”

We throw some things in a pot, let them cook together, and then…BAM (and I do mean BAM) there’s a flavorful dish that has a little bit of everything. It’s got meat. It’s got fiber. It’s got protein. It’s got vegetables, fat, flavor, etc.

It’s not the most extravagant thing in the world but you’ll feel like you’ve eaten something from carryout, and you’ll feel like you’ve had whole hearty meal.
