What You Need to Make Parmesan Broccoli and Ham Salad:

◑ Broccoli Florets

◑ Diced Ham

◑Shredded Parmesan

◑ Thick Cut Bacon

◑ Chickpeas

◑ Red Onion

◑ Bell Pepper

◑ Light Sour Cream

◑ Mayonnaise

◑ Spicy Brown Mustard

◑ Sugar

◑ Garlic Powder

◑ Onion Powder

◑ Smoked Paprika

◑ Chili Powder

◑ Cayenne Powder

Parmesan Broccoli and Ham Salad

How to Make Parmesan Broccoli and Ham Salad:

Step one—Cut bacon into bit sized pieces, fry until crisp, and set aside, allowing bacon to drain for at least five minutes.

Step two—Place broccoli, ham, parmesan, bacon, chickpeas, bell peppers, and red onion into a large mixing bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.

Step three—Add sour cream, mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, and sugar to bowl and stir until fully combined.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets chopped
  • 8 oz Diced Ham
  • 5 oz Shredded Parmesan
  • 6 slices Bacon thick-cut
  • 15 oz can Chickpeas no salt added
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 1 Orange or Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
