  • Ground Beef
  • Yellow Onion
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Potatoes
  • Green Beans
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Butter
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Thyme
  • Beef Broth
  • Vegetable Broth

How To Make Slow Cooker Fall Soup:

  1. Sauté ground beef and onion, add to crockpot (do not drain)
  2. Sauté celery and carrot in butter, add to crockpot.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
  4. Serve with big piece of bread and a side salad.

  • 3 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Yellow onions chopped
  • 3 Carrots chopped
  • 6 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1/2 lb Gold potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
  • 8 oz Green beans fresh, cut in half so pieces aren't too big
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Worcesershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thyme dried
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Saute ground beef and onion, add to crockpot (do not drain)
